Shipping and Delivery

We endeavor to dispatch all our orders as soon as possible and we absolutely try to ensure your orders are with you within 2-3 days.  If you have an urgent order, please contact us and we will do our utmost to accommodate your requirements.

 

Unless otherwise stated or requested all orders will be sent by 1st Class Royal Mail post.

 

Postage costs are as follows; £1.40 for standard 1st Class £1.20 for 2nd Class postage

Returns and Replacements

We hope that you will be nothing short of delighted with your purchase from BrightButton, however should you not be satisfied, please contact us and we will be only too happy to try and resolve the problem.

 

If we cannot solve the problem we will be more than happy to refund your original payment plus the postage you paid (when all items are returned), if the item/s are returned to us in their original condition within 10 working days. However you will be responsible for returning your purchase to us and any costs associated with that.

 

Please do not return any items before contacting us.

Payment, Pricing and Promotions

We accept PayPal payments, credit cards (through PayPal) and cheques (for orders made over the telephone/email).  However if you choose to pay by cheque we will not be able to dispatch your order until the cheque has cleared.
